MANCHESTER UNITED star Jesse Lingard has heeded fans advice to curb what he posts online after he showed off his beach fitness regime.
The Instagram video was the England international's first since he was blasted for a controversial hotel room clip posted earlier this week.
The 26-year-old has been documenting his time off in Miami with team-mate Marcus Rashford during the close season but faced criticism for a SnapChat post that showed friend Jamal Branker gyrating on a pillow.
Lingard claimed he didn't mean to upload the video but just save it, but disgusted fans quickly demanded the midfielder should be sacked.
However, club legend Gary Neville defended the star by describing the post as a "mistake" and the former Derby loanee is out to prove him right.
In a series of videos posted under his story, Lingard shows off a series of sprints along the beach before performing several exercises with weights.
The forward is still expected to be facing a dressing-down at Old Trafford for his antics but his latest clips is a welcome sight for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Despite the amount of criticism he faced from fans and former players, Neville came to his defence.
As quoted by Training Ground Guru, the 44-year-old said: "Jesse Lingard doesn't drink a lot. Twenty
years ago, somebody going on a holiday would have been bladdered for four weeks.

"You'd rather have your player being sober, probably training all day and having a joke with his mates.
"This is absolutely a lesser evil than we had 20 years ago when players would go off for five or six weeks and come back overweight, saying 'pre-season's for getting fit.'"
Solskjaer is expected to discuss the incident with Lingard before the squad reports back for pre-season duty on July 1.
